Xpeer Use Scientific Methods
Xpeer Reviews are rooted in scientific methods and evaluate different facets of a service quality based on a 10 point Likert scale, which measures attitudes and opinions with a greater degree of nuance than simple 5-star ratings or "yes/no" questions.
The score methodology was inspired by a scientific assessment system, that specifically measures business-to-business (B2B) service quality performance and finds its origins in works of a number of international scholars and researchers.
