What do I need to create a video Review?

All you need to create a video review is a webcam and a microphone. Xpeer video review is structured as a guided self-service process where you record yourself on your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

How long does it take to create a video review?

Depending on how many revisions you do, it takes approximately 20 mInutes to create your video review.

What happens if i’m unhappy with the recording?

You are guided through the process and get pre-defined questions. During the review process you can re-record every answer as many times as you want until you are fully satisfied with the result. Click "Next" to get to the next question. You can also use sample videos from other reviews to practice and improve the quality of your record.

Can I change my statements after the Review is published?

As soon as the Review is published we will inform you and the company by sending out a link. If something is not ok with the review or you want to revise certain statements, you can report with standard functionality. You can indicate that you are the reviewer which will start the process on our end and we will contact you.
