Re-domiciliation of a complex holding structure in light of evolving local tax regulations; comparative tax analysis of various available options; advice on most tax efficient approach; assistance with regulatory tax compliance obligations in the selected jurisdictions; supervision and coordination of other consultants and service providers involved in the project.

Strengths
